We want every Gotham FC fan to love their gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship the Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are intact to avoid processing delays.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 7-10 business days.
